Chris Stevens


Chris Stevens has lived in Denver, Colorado for over 20 years, and is a graduate of The University of Arizona. He has enjoyed a successful sales and athletic coaching career for over 22 years, holding various positions, including Assistant Coach at University of Colorado Women’s Tennis and as National Sales Director for a wine company. Most recently, Chris decided to pursue his passion of coaching, and joined the Basics team this year. He resides in Littleton with his wife Chanda and their two children, Cole and Brynn. He enjoys all things outdoors, reading, tennis, skiing, and mentoring individuals to reach their potential. 

Rae Harris


Entrepreneur and devoted mother who supports organizations caring for abused or underprivileged children and teen mothers.  Rae is the Chief Operating Officer at AAA Building Maintenance and has been the President of Custom Accounting Systems since 1998.  Her share of AAA and CAS are owned and managed by R.A.E.S, Inc. where Rae is the Chief Executive Officer.  Rae proudly serves as an ambassador for Mount Saint Vincent, is a Hope House Business Partner and provides coaching to their graduates.

Kyle Grivette


In September of 1997 Mr. Grivette along with two partners established AAA Building Maintenance.  In the beginning, the three partners simply placed an ad in the phone book and waited for the phone to ring. As the phone begin to ring, the business started to grow. In November of 1999, Mr. Grivette and one of the two original partners registered the company as an LLC in Colorado. The two continued to work together until September 2007, when his partner decided to pursue other options and redeemed his ownership shares to the company.

Soon thereafter, Mr. Grivette joined forces with his current partner, Rae Harris, when she accepted his offer to purchase an ownership share in AAA Building Maintenance.  The company has consistently grown over the past 20 years with the exception of 2009.

Melissa Holt


Melissa Holt grew up in Toledo, Ohio and graduated from The Ohio State University in 2002.  She served as a volunteer in AmeriCorps NCCC for two years after college, and was stationed in Denver. In 2005, Melissa then went on to work as an Academic Services Advisor at Johnson & Wales University for two years, then started her Meeting Planning Career at Medical Education Resources in 2007. She took a leap of faith and started her own Meeting & Event Planning business- Incentevents, LLC- in 2011.  Melissa just moved to Silverthorne in late 2014 and  enjoys an active life of outdoor activites, ballroom dancing, and volunteers at an animal shelter in Summit County.  She continues to follow her passions, both in her career as well as personal life, and hopes to inspire and help as many people as she can.

Diane Eichler


As Agency Director and Founder at Decibel Blue – an eleven-year-old, national full-service digital marketing, web and public relations firm with offices in Phoenix in Denver – Diane Eichler brings more than 20 years of experience in branding, marketing and advertising on both the client and agency side. Diane has been consistently recognized within her industry, winning awards for several advertising, marketing and public relations campaigns. Notably, Decibel Blue was named the nation’s top integrated communications agency by PR Daily in 2014. Diane actively participates in philanthropic initiatives in both Phoenix and Denver. She is a board member for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation's Rocky Mountain Chapter, and is also a member of the Phoenix Suns Charities 88 and Denver BASICS, where she serves as a business coach. Diane holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Scripps College in Claremont, California, and in her spare time, she enjoys travel, playing with her circus dogs, biking, and learning all there is to know about Airstreams.

Suzy Martinek


Suzy was raised in Owensboro, Kentucky and now live in Centennial, Colorado with her Canadian husband. Her husband owns Far North Construction, a commercial construction company.  Her son Andrew lives in Boston, Massachussetts and her daughter Emily attends the University of Montana. In my spare time, she loves to work as a Basics Foundation coach and mentor young women, exercise, play tennis and travel the world. She is passionate about young women and helping them realize their God given potential.  As a small group leader for nearly 12 years, she believes that no matter what socio-economic background you come from everyone can benefit from a mentor in their life.  The Basics Foundation aligns beautifully with Suzy’s mentor mission.  Further, she believes that educating kids on the importance of food choices can benefit entire families and their future in living a healthy lifestyle.
